Hello! I am Dr. Sharmane C. Miller and I am the Founder and CEO of Proactive Skill Developers. Here I design and deliver unique resources and interactive workshops that empower educators, industry leaders and even students, to keep learning and growing. Over the past twenty-five years, I have served the Bahamas in various roles, including preschool, primary and high school teaching, university professor, educational consultant, human resource trainer, author and motivational speaker. As a writer, I have authored several children’s books, books of poetry, and research articles, which have been published in international journals. Because of my passion to equip teachers, I have co-designed the Ministry of Education’s National Teacher Mentoring Programme.
